Since Ben will be participating in his first body building competitions in March and April he has to follow a strict dietary and exercise regimen. He spends one hour on the treadmill in the morning walking uphill wearing a twenty pound vest. He works out in the afternoon on weights for two hours. Ben then repeats one hour on the treadmill in the evenings. As for his diet, he is limited to high protein, moderate carbs and very low fat. Talk about willpower!
