Trey’s bodybuilding workout makes me cringe just looking at it! His Monday through Friday workout includes ab workouts, pull ups, pull downs, one arm rows, cable crossovers, squats, leg presses, lunches, seated and standing calf raises, curls and pushups – just to name a few! I can’t say that I blame him for taking Saturday and Sunday off. Keep up the good work, Trey!
