I want to thank all the models, photographers and fans that have been part of On Display Men over the last 5 years.  I have met some wonderful people during this project.  I am most proud that I have been able to help so many models start their modeling dream in a positive way.  Any male model that is interested in starting out in this industry can get great advice at Male Model Advice.

Top 5 Models for 2010

On Display Men and Alan Rust have worked with a lot of great male models this year.  As every year ends it is time for lists; so we present our Top 5 Male Models for 2010.  They are not presented in any specific order but we will give you a short update about them.  Congratulations to all our models for a successful year with many more to come!

Jesse J is a model/actor/singer.  You say him on TV in NBC's Chase, he has 2 movies coming out including Alone Yet Not Alone and he is in the studio recording right now.

A Public Image

Alan Rust

President and Founder of On Display Men, Alan Rust, has been working in the male modeling industry for almost 5 years.  He has worked with hundreds of models around the world and many excellent photographers.  Alan has discovered some great talent that has gone on to successful careers in the industry.  He has always tried to help new models avoid the bad in the industry and make the best choices for their career.
He says there are two pieces of advice he gives new models:
"You have to be careful and selective about who you work with." and
"You have to manage your image from the very beginning of your career; it is your brand."

He now works with select models to develop their Public Image.  He says, "everyone in this industry needs to realize that people judge them every second of every day on the image they portray; either online or on the street."  Check out A Public Image at AlanRust.net.

Naked for Nature

Josh Camero Photography

Jesse Blum

Our 2010 Hunkdujour.com and OnDisplayMen.com Model Search winner Jesse Blum had his first pictures and video released today.  Jesse, now going to school in Colorado, beat many other male model contestants during the model search for the chance to work with OnDisplayMen.com and the Support Nature Project for C-IN2.  Today's portfolio pictures are by Adam Medders Photography.  Jesse has also been awarded the honor of being the featured model in the header for the entire site.  Congratulations Jesse!

An Interview with Jesse Blum

Jesse Blum was the winner of our 2010 Model Search contest with hunkdujour.com.  He did a great job and you will all get to see his pictures and behind the scenes video soon.  Watch this video as Chris interviews Jesse during his weekend in Dallas.

Behind the Scenes Weekend

Jesse Blum, winner of the 2010 Hunk du Jour National Model Search Contest is in Dallas for his prize winning photo shoot weekend.  He will be shooting with and hanging out with On Display Men all weekend.  He will do a shoot for the Support Nature Project with Jay Fuertez Photography.
You can see what's happening all weekend if you follow us on Twitter.  We will post private pics when he is hanging out with the team and when he is on the set of his shoots.  One lucky member of the OnDisplayMen.com site will win a prize if they follow the twitclue on Sunday night.

Stylish Winter Looks

On Display Men produced a fashion spread for Design for Men.  The site covers the best in style from a man's perspective.  Our photographers Adam Medders and Jay Fuertez worked with Seth Travis.  Our theme was Jacket Required featuring affordable jacket looks with high style.

And the winner is...

On Display Men, Jay Fuertez Photography and C-IN2 just announced Cade Wilson as the model who was selected to be the first model who will be featured as part of the Support Nature Project. Alan Rust, President of On Display Men, said, "Cade did great work at the shoot so his photos turned out excellent. His attitude toward his career and this project made him the best choice for this honor."

Cade's photo will be released by C-IN2 and this site on January 8 for the world to see. Join the Project Facebook group to be the among the first to see this male model as he launches his promising career with this project. Cade posted on Facebook, "I am honored to be the first model picked to launch this project. Helping support our planet in any way possible is crucial and I am always looking to do my part."

Casting for Cin2 Charity Campaign

Jay Fuertez Photography and On Display Men LLC are casting male fitness models for a charity project promoting our environment and the planet earth. This is a national campaign that will be sponsored and promoted by C in 2 underwear and DNA magazine. Each model will also be featured and promoted on the dedicated website for the charity project and by OnDisplayMen.com. This will be huge exposure and models receive the digital tear from the project. Models will also be linked from the charity website to their online portfolio.

Requirements: each model must be in perfect shape with defined chest arms and abs. We will be shooting 2 shots for each model: one underwear shot and one artistic shot with no nudity. Each model will need to provide one paragraph about themselves and their feelings about being environmentally conscious or activities to protect planet earth.
Timing: photo shoots will take place on various dates based on scheduling starting now through January.
Location: these photo shoots will take place in the Dallas metroplex.
