Kari Jaroszynska Photography

Kari worked with our models Dustin Lail and Austin Otto recently.  Her style is excellent and is the result of a very detailed shooting skill.  She shoots with real film so it is a very different experience for the model.  However, as you can see the results are great.  She is a fashion photographer / web designer / visual artist.

Jesse J Update

The response to model & actor & musician Jesse J has been amazing.  This week's interview article gave you an insight to who he is.  We have received a lot of emails wanting to know what he is doing now.  The image is from his appearance on the NBC show Chase. We talked to him a couple days ago and here is what he said:

My recent update is I did 2 reenactments for Hometown Heroes.  Then, I recently came out in the TV show Chase and The Comeback Kid.  Now, I've been in Virginia for the past 2 months working on Alone Yet Not Alone it's an Indian Movie but I can't say much more about that project.  Thank you everyone for your support!

Andrew Makay - N2N Bodywear

On Display Men is proud to be working with N2N Bodywear designer and founder Andrew Makay.  He creates more than great swimwear and underwear; his vision launched an apparel revolution for the traveler and adventurous metro-sexual.
I designed my first swimsuit at the age of 21 years old because I couldn't find anything in the US that I liked.  It seemed to me that all the hot, sexy styles with a good fit could only be found on the beaches of Europe, Mexico or South America." Andrew says, "As a gay man in my prime, it was very frustrating.  You work hard at the gym and you want to show it off and not cover it up with uninspiring board shorts or some other constricting style.  What I found on the market in the US was not my idea of sexy at all."
Traveling as a cruise ship performer in the late eighties gave Andrew access to a variety of swimwear styles worldwide.  However, it was on the beaches of Acapulco, known as the playground of Hollywood jet setters, where Makay discovered the "perfect" swimsuit.  The turquoise suit was the inspiration for the new found career in men's swimwear and underwear.

Ben Kaplan Update

Our international model, Ben Kaplan, is now in India.  Within the first 2 weeks he landed a TV role in a top Indian series.  He is also personal training new clients in Mumbai.  Here is what Ben posted:

After a few days of going back and forth, the production house has decided to give me the part of of "John Lang" in the Indian TV Show, "Jhansi Ki Rani" on ZeeTV, look it up online, its one of the biggest shows in India... This is no joke, what did I get myself into?? Now I am supposed to act while speaking Hindi?!?!? (0 experience in both!) I'm going to knock it outta the park, read my journals for the full story!

International Ben Kaplan

Ben Kaplan has been modeling since he worked with On Display Men in 2007. He was discovered by our President, Alan Rust, and did his first photo shoot with us. He has been working internationally as a successful model since then.

N2N Swimwear Shoot

Our top model Kale Roberts (blue) and our new model Paul Corona (yellow) did an amazing photo shoot with photographer Jay Fuertez.  The swimwear shots were for N2N Swimwear and they turned out amazing.  Our location was the beautiful Ilume in downtown Dallas.  The day was hot the models were hot and the shots are HOT.

Wesley Wilson Works Hollywood

Our model and lead trainer, Wesley Wilson, has been working on the set of some top tv shows in Hollywood.  He contacted us after he was on Entourage:

It was great to have been able to be apart of HBO's Hit TV Show Entourage!

The show has lasted to now it's 7th season! which will premier June 27th 2010 on no other than HBO. The Episode I was able to be a part in, took place in West Hollywood at Celebrity Club Voyuer. Not only did a bottle of champagne cost $10,000.00, but the classiness of the club brought out the characters performances.  Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven), Eric "E" Murphy (Kevin Connolly), Vincent "Vince" Chase (Adrian Grenier), Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) and Johnny "Drama" Chase (Kevin Dillon) all took part in a scene that will have you laughing! In the middle of filming a scence they brought in Mike Tyson for a Cameo to take part in the background action of the club atmoshepre. I acted as an upscale club goer which you will see me in that same scene standing next to Mike Tyson as he sips his drink at the bar. Had a blast and I am looking forward to the 7th season!

A few weeks ago we had our first Double Feature Sunday when we introduced Jesse Blum and Kale Roberts.  The fan response has been outstanding and Kale has some big things already in the works for his modeling career.

Jersey Shore Workout

We had a fitness video shoot yesterday with Kale Roberts, Colbi Bruce and Jon Cerf.  When we were done they had fun creating the Jersey Shore Workout video.  It is inspired but everyone's favorite friends from the Jersey Shore.  Hilarious.

Congratulations Richard Maher

We want to add our Congratulations to Mr. United Kingdom, and now 2010 Mr. NEXT Man of the Year, Richard Maher and 2010 Mr. NEXT Photographer of the Year Vincent Li!
When his photographer, Vincent Li first saw him, Vincent immediately noticed his strong facial features that will photograph well in different angles as well as his great physique. And during the shoot, Vincent discovered that it's truly a pleasure to work with him as he enjoys experimenting with different styles and concepts and he's truly easy to work with.

Jacques Mitchell

Our model Jacques Mitchell has a busy career in New York City. We recently checked in with him to get an update. He is currently in 2 theater productions (left in bottom picture), finished shooting a fitness infomercial (top), has a recurring tv role and continues to model for fitness and fashion.

Our own Max Wettstein, who has been on the cover of over 18 fitness magazines, is now on the cover of the new Men's Health Big Book of Exercises. Is it really?

We just released the first gallery from our newest amazing model, Ray Travis-Baker. We discovered him at his local gym while he was working out. Ray had always thought about modeling and worked hard to prepare for the shoot. He had the great opportunity to start his career with Jay Fuertez Photography in Dallas. Our members will have the opportunity to see more from Ray in the coming weeks.

Russ Schiess New Gallery

Russ Schiess was recently in Dallas working with us and had the opportunity to work with Jay Fuertez Photography. His comment on the final images was "amazing!" On Display Men has worked with Jay Fuertez many times but the result of this shoot was stunning. We are proud to be working with both Russ and Jay.
