Chris Wilson was born and raised in Lompoc, Calfornia where he spent most of his time playing music as a young adult. He first picked up the guitar at the age of 13 and he played his first show at age 14 at a local coffee shop in Lompoc thus stumbling upon his new passion. Now newly living in Santa Barbara California to pursue music, Chris is gigging regular at downtown cafes, clubs and other venues. He is currently in the studio working on his first full length folk/rock/soul album at Certain Sparks recording studio in Lompoc, California. Find more about The Chris Wilson Band on MySpace.
